Warning: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Account Terms

Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
Token allocations reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
Unused tokens do not roll over to the next month
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by mr7.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI RESPONSES MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES AND SHOULD BE VERIFIED INDEPENDENTLY.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MR7.AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
