Refund Policy

mr7.ai offers paid subscription plans that provide access to our AI-powered cybersecurity training tools. When you subscribe:

• You are billed at the start of each billing cycle
• Access to AI models and features is based on your selected plan
• Token allocations reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your first payment
• You have not used more than 20% of your monthly token allocation
• This is your first refund request for mr7.ai
• You experienced significant technical issues that prevented normal use of the platform

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

• More than 7 days have passed since your payment
• You have used more than 20% of your monthly token allocation
• Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• You have previously received a refund from mr7.ai
• Partial month refunds for mid-cycle subscription cancellations
• Cryptocurrency payments (due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions)

To request a refund:

1. Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund request
2. Verification: We will verify your eligibility within 24-48 hours
3. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
4. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• Unused tokens will expire at the end of the billing period
• Your chat history will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
• Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Ineligibility for future refunds
• Additional fees passed on to you
